We make stringent checks on every property we advertise so that you can be sure that you are buying a fully registered property.
The checks that we make include that all utility bills are paid to date, that the property is in possession of fully registered deeds, that there are no vehicles registered to it, that the property is correctly registered for council tax and that it has been paid up to date.
When we encounter properties that do not meet any of these standard requirements, we insist that all the necessary changes are either complete ted or are in process of being completed before they are added to our portfolio.
